Welcome to the After School Study Spot!
We’re so glad you’re here! The After School Study Spot is a free ministry of Grace Academy designed to come alongside students in grades K–5 with one-on-one academic support. Our Academic Coaches are ready to help with homework, math, reading, language arts, spelling, and more. We’re excited for the opportunity to encourage your student and help make schoolwork a little easier!
To get started, simply click the above image that will take you directly to the registration site. From there select the date and time that best fits your student’s needs. Each student may register for one 30-minute appointment per week, and registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before each Tuesday session. Additional weeks will be opened up and posted on our church facebook page after the first October 13th session.
Students should bring the materials they would like to work on during their session, such as a textbook and/or worksheets. This will help our Academic Coaches make the most of their time with your student.
Parents or guardians must remain in Grace SBC Main Building for the duration of their student’s appointment.
We understand that plans sometimes change! If you need to cancel, please contact (217) 965-5692 at least two hours before your scheduled appointment so we can make that time available to another student. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in the loss of future appointment availability.
We can’t wait to welcome your family to the Study Spot!
